Join the Culinary Team at Kioku by Endo: Chef de Partie Position
Are you a passionate and detail-driven chef looking to deepen your skills in a kitchen where Japanese culture, craftsmanship, and creativity come together? Do you take pride in precision, teamwork, and creating unforgettable dishes?
Kioku by Endo is looking for a committed Chef de Partie to join our talented brigade in the heart of London.
About Us:
"Kioku" means memory in Japanese—this restaurant is just that: a mosaic of moments, flavours, and experiences curated by Chef Endo Kazutoshi, a third-generation sushi master. From his roots in Yokohama to the fine dining kitchens of Tokyo, Endo-san’s journey informs everything we do.
Located at The OWO, with views over Trafalgar Square, Kioku is more than a restaurant—it’s a celebration of craftsmanship, culture, and memory.
The Role:
As Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section and support the smooth running of daily kitchen operations. Working alongside a passionate, skilled team, you’ll prepare and present dishes that honour exceptional Japanese produce and technique while embracing creativity and care.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
