Salary: £32,250 per annum

Job Type: Permanent

Set on the banks of the River Avon in the beautiful Roman city of Bath, this is an amazing opportunity to represent the global Gordon Ramsay restaurant brand.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Chef de Partie to join our truly talented team to play a key role in the opening of our Gordon Ramsay Bread Street Kitchen at DoubleTree by Hilton Bath.

The role of the Chef De Partie is to successfully run a section as a part of the kitchen brigade.

Our ideal candidate

We want to hear from inspired chefs who love creating amazing food from the best ingredients, have a keen eye for detail and high standards but with bags of flair and creativity. The ideal person for this role will be enthusiastic about change, focused on details and trusting.

You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop.

What You Do As a Chef De Partie

  • You pride yourself on running a section of the kitchen, preparing, cooking and presenting dishes, taking responsibility for all dishes coming out from your section and ensuring consistent presentation and memorable guest experiences
  • You are confident in managing, training and passing on your Chef de Partie knowledge to the more junior members of the team
  • You naturally enjoy building rapport with others
  • You are eager to learn and you always push yourself to develop as a Chef de Partie
  • You are keen to use your great cooking, organisational and time management skills, energy, confidence and passion for food to ensure the highest standards are consistently achieved.
  • Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry
  • Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate verbally and in writing
  • Previous experience in hotels or premium high volume quality Restaurants is preferred
