Chef de Partie

- Planning, preparing, cooking, and presenting food to company and client standards.
- Producing fresh, high-quality dishes with excellent presentation and attention to detail.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service by consistently exceeding customer expectations.
- Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety compliance.
- Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver an efficient service.
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the smooth running of the kitchen.
- Managing your section effectively, ensuring consistency and quality at every service.
- Acting as a positive ambassador for the business and demonstrating our company values at all times.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who brings passion, creativity, and professionalism to every shift.
You'll Have
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong background in a similar role.
- A genuine passion for cooking fresh, seasonal, high-quality food.
- Excellent culinary skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Knowledge of current food trends and modern cooking techniques.
- A solid understanding of food hygiene, HACCP, and health & safety legislation.
- The ability to remain calm and organized in a busy kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Immaculate personal presentation and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
