We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team.
This is a great opportunity for a chef who enjoys working in a varied hospitality environment, with a mix of restaurant service, weddings, functions, conferences and other large events.
You will work closely with the senior kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and kitchen organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Take responsibility for your section during service.
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
- Assist with both restaurant and banqueting service.
- Help deliver weddings, functions, conferences and events.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, health and safety and allergen standards.
- Assist with stock rotation, stock control and reducing food waste.
- Keep your section clean, organised and fully prepared for service.
- Support junior members of the kitchen team where required.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to progress.
- Experience working in a busy kitchen.
- Banqueting, wedding or event experience would be an advantage.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and allergen management.
- Ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods.
- Positive attitude and strong team ethic.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and event periods.
