Job Description
Join our dynamic Workplace team as an Italian Specialised Chef de Partie and play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences within a high-profile corporate environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and talented chef to showcase authentic Italian expertise, creativity, and precision in a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen. Working alongside the Executive Chef and wider kitchen team, you will support the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen, ensuring consistently high standards of food production, presentation, and service. Job Responsibilities Deliver high-quality food production in line with client standards and menu requirements Plan menus, manage ordering, and ensure cost-effective food production Oversee food quality, portioning, presentation, and service readiness Ensure all deliveries, storage, and stock control meet quality and legal standards Maintain hygiene, safety, and HACCP compliance across all kitchen operations Supervise and support kitchen staff, including training and performance management Prepare and organise kitchen operations (mise en place, service prep, handovers) Monitor waste, control stock, and assist with budget and cost management Support smooth running of daily services, including breakfast, lunch, and events Build strong customer relationships and handle feedback, issues, and improvements

Key Requirements: Level 3 qualification in Culinary Arts, Professional Cookery, or HACCP Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy, high-profile kitchen Strong expertise in Italian cuisine and cooking techniques Passion for delivering high-quality food and customer service Experience leading and supervising junior chefs (CDPs / Commis) Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and use initiative Proven experience managing a kitchen section from planning to delivery Good commercial awareness and problem-solving ability Strong knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP, and safety standards
