Chef de Partie

The Role

Join one of Central London’s premier corporate sites as a Chef de Partie, focusing on our vibrant retail and counter service operations. We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and organized chef to deliver high-quality, fresh food across our busy multi-counter food offers for a demanding corporate clientele.

The Details

  • Salary: £35,500 per annum
  • Location: Central London
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (Excellent work-life balance)
  • Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Volume: Dealing with 500–600 covers daily across a busy multi-counter offer, including a premium deli bar, salad bar, and main counter offer
  • Team: Working within a dedicated and structured team of 10 staff members

Key Responsibilities

  • As a Chef de Partie you will oversee daily operations on your section, focusing on the preparation and smooth execution of high-quality food for the deli bar, salad bar, and main counter service.
  • Ensure all retail and counter offers are beautifully presented, well-stocked, and consistently replenished throughout peak service times.
  • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in maintaining a smooth, efficient service while managing high-volume requirements.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety, allergy management, and kitchen hygiene across your workspace.
