Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to LPM’s recipes and standards.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Assist in the development of new menu items inspired by French Riviera cuisine.
- Manage kitchen station operations efficiently.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Support training of junior kitchen staff.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a reputable restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of French cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Excellent understanding of food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Passion for delivering high-quality dishes.
- Good communication skills and team spirit.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
- Culinary qualification or relevant training is preferred.
