The Position
We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade on a permanent full-time contract. In this role, you will work under the guidance of our Head Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Responsibilities include:

- Preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Assisting with menu planning and development

The Person
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- A strong foundation in culinary techniques and food safety standards
- A passion for cooking and a creative flair
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality dishes
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude during busy service periods
- A flexible approach to work
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills

- Hourly rate of £14 per hour + service charge + company benefits inc:
