Chef de Partie – Summer Season
Penrith, Cumbria
£18.00 per hour | Free Live-In Accommodation | Minimum 45 Hours Per Week
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen for the summer season and ongoing.
Set in the beautiful Cumbrian countryside near Penrith, you'll be working in a fast-paced kitchen serving a high-volume street food menus including premium burgers and loaded fries. If you thrive under pressure and love producing consistently great food, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing
- Running your own kitchen section during prep and service.
- Preparing and cooking food to a consistently high standard.
- Maintaining quality, speed, and presentation during busy service.
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
- Minimising waste and keeping your section organised and clean.
- Supporting and working closely with the Head Chef and the rest of the kitchen team.
Chef de Parties are responsible for managing a section of the kitchen, maintaining food quality, supervising their station, and ensuring service runs smoothly while following food safety procedures.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie.
- Experience in high-volume kitchen.
- Confident cooking burgers, fried foods, and street food-style dishes.
- Calm under pressure with excellent organisational skills.
- Reliable, hardworking, and a genuine team player.
- A passion for producing great food every service.
- Able to commit to minimum July and August.
