Chef de Partie

Aramark UK is looking for an enthusiastic and talented Chef de Partie to join our vibrant team at RNLI College, Poole, Dorset, BH15 1HZ.

- Salary: £15.03 per hour
- Permanent, full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, with paid overtime as the business requires (overtime is not guaranteed). 5 days over 7 (to include early starts and late finishes).
- Breakfast chefs start at 5.30am - evening chefs can finish about 10.30pm. 8-hour shift between those times inclusive of an ½ hour unpaid break.

What you’ll do:
Working closely with the Sous Chef and wider kitchen team, you will:
- Take the lead on food production to maintain quality, consistency, and minimal wastage
- Prepare fresh, delicious dishes for our workplace dining facilities and events
- Support with stock checks, analysis, and shift opening/closing processes
- Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations
- Work to established procedures, ensuring smooth and safe kitchen operations
- Complete relevant training to continue developing your skill.
What we’re looking for:
You’ll fit right in if you have:
- A relevant culinary qualification, at least NVQ level 2 with ideally 5 years experience
- Experience working in a similar role in a busy kitchen environment (modern hotel/restaurant)
- Food Safety certification (or willingness to complete via our eLearning)
- A positive attitude, effective communication skills, passion about great customer service and a real team spirit
