Chef de Partie Daytime Café Bistro
Location: Richmond, North Yorkshire
Pay: £18 per hour
Hours: Flexible between 9:00am – 4:00pm/ 8am-3pm/ 8pm-5pm
Job Type: Full & Part time hours available

The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality breakfast, brunch, and lunch dishes while maintaining excellent standards throughout service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present fresh, high-quality dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Manage your designated section and ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation in line with Food Safety and HACCP regulations.
- Ensure food is prepared efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver excellent customer experiences.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or higher
- A passion for fresh, quality food and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- A positive, reliable, and professional attitude.
- Food Hygiene certification
