About the Role

We're looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to help create fresh, globally inspired dishes for our clients. Based in our bright and spacious production kitchen in South Bermondsey, you'll work with high-quality seasonal ingredients, cooking everything from scratch and contributing to a menu that changes daily.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who wants to continue developing their skills and broaden their culinary knowledge while enjoying a calm, supportive kitchen environment and an excellent work-life balance.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm.

Requirements

  • Has experience working with fresh produce and high-volume
  • Can work calmly with an organised and methodical approach
  • A team player willing to pitch in and help when needed
  • Excellent attention to detail when following recipes
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
