Chef de Rang vacancy – Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch


About the Opportunity

Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch is seeking an experienced Chef de Rang to join the Coreus Restaurant as part of the pre-opening team for this landmark luxury hotel, set to open later this year.

This is a unique opportunity for a luxury hospitality professional to become part of the founding team and help shape the guest experience at one of London’s most anticipated new establishments.


About the Hotel

Located at the end of The Mall opposite Buckingham Palace, Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch offers:

  • 100 elegant rooms and suites
  • 17,500 sqft of private residences
  • Two signature restaurants:
    • Coreus by Clare Smyth (world-famous Michelin-starred chef)
    • Café Boulud by Daniel Boulud (iconic Michelin-starred name)
  • A world-class spa and state-of-the-art fitness facilities
  • Grand event spaces, including a ballroom for up to 320 guests

  • Assist in creating and maintaining the unparalleled five-star dining experience expected at Waldorf Astoria
  • Support the fine-dining operations of Coreus by Clare Smyth
  • Ensure seamless service delivery in alignment with Waldorf Astoria’s world-class standards
  • Contribute to the pre-opening teamwork as the hotel prepares for launch

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Rang in a luxury restaurant or hotel setting
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service in alignment with Forbes-Modem’s top-tier standards
  • Strong team player mindset with a foundation in hospitality culture
