Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Rang for Pavyllon restaurant.

The role:
As our Chef de Rang, you will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant team to provide impeccable service at all times to guests in Pavyllon Restaurant, Bar and Lounge.
You will thoroughly understand Four Seasons' and Yannick Alléno quality standards in food presentation, beverage and service and implement them. You will become thoroughly knowledgeable on menu's, ingredients, and beverages within our outlets. Our restaurant will exude charisma and create warmth which you will play a key part in bringing every day.
What you will do:
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to guests in the restaurant, bar, and lounge
- Guide guests through the menu with confidence and knowledge of ingredients and preparation
- Maintain a deep understanding of food and beverage offerings, including wine pairings
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams
- Uphold Four Seasons and Yannick Alléno service standards at all times
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
- Contribute to a warm, welcoming, and professional dining atmosphere
- Support the training and development of junior team members
What you bring:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment
- A passion for food, wine, and delivering memorable guest experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of French cuisine or Michelin-starred service is a plus
- A genuine desire to be part of a dynamic and innovative restaurant team

Schedule and hours:
This is a full-time position based on a 40-hour work week, typically spread across five 8-hour shifts. Flexibility is essential, as shifts will include mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays in line with business needs.
