Chef : Residential Care Setting : Winchester
Nurse Seekers are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Chef to join a welcoming residential care setting.
This is a rewarding opportunity for a Chef who takes pride in preparing fresh, nutritious and appetising home:cooked meals while creating a positive dining experience for residents. You'll play an important role in supporting residents wellbeing through great food, thoughtful menu planning and a caring approach.

- Preparing and cooking nutritious, home:cooked meals and snacks
- Catering for a range of dietary requirements
- Working with residents to understand their food preferences
- Creating enjoyable dining experiences
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
- Taking part in activities such as baking and bread making with residents
- Working as part of a friendly and supportive team
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced and passionate about cooking
- Caring, patient and approachable
- Creative and enthusiastic about food
- Organised with excellent communication skills
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and able to adapt to residents individual needs
- In possession of a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
