Contract type:
Permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7
Shift times:
Early shift 0600 – 1430; Late shift 1030 - 1900

What you’ll do:
- Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with minimal wastage
- Deliver fine dining for functions and hospitality events
- Support and coach new team members on kitchen standards and procedures
- Follow recipe cards and maintain food quality
- Assist with stock checks, food orders, and kitchen records
- Monitor temperatures and complete due diligence paperwork
- Help with daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans.
What we’re looking for:
- Relevant culinary qualification (706/1 or 706/2 or equivalent)
- A confident chef and excellent team player
- Flexibility and ability to innovate
- UK residency for the past 3 years & ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks
