We're looking for a Chef to join our team in Eden Locke in Edinburgh. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week across 5 days.

Responsibilities:

  • Cover all kitchen and back of house duties including cafe menu, brunch menu and prep for daily sales.
  • Cleanliness and hygiene to be of the highest degree
  • Endlessly curious and always trying to impress and improve the products and customer expectations
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations

  • At least one year’s experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Confident to work independently or with others
  • Ability to work well under pressure
