We're looking for a Chef to join our team in Eden Locke in Edinburgh. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week across 5 days.
Here at Locke, we create spaces where you can be you - and we don’t just mean our design-led aparthotels. Responsibilities:
- Cover all kitchen and back of house duties including cafe menu, brunch menu and prep for daily sales.
- Cleanliness and hygiene to be of the highest degree
- Endlessly curious and always trying to impress and improve the products and customer expectations
- Adhere to health and safety regulations

- At least one year’s experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Confident to work independently or with others
- Ability to work well under pressure
