Alma Nine Elms
Alma Nine Elms is now open, and we’re looking for chefs of all levels to join our kitchen team.
Founded in Barnes in 2016, Alma is known for great brunch, coffee and warm hospitality. Our Nine Elms restaurant is open throughout the day and evening, serving brunch, lunch and dinner.
We’re looking for people with good energy who enjoy cooking, working as part of a team and keeping standards high. You’ll be preparing and cooking dishes, supporting the kitchen during busy services and helping wherever needed.

What you’ll be doing
- Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard
- Working across different sections of the kitchen
- Helping the team during busy services
- Keeping your section clean, organised and ready for service
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Bringing good energy and supporting a positive kitchen environment
What we’re looking for
- Reliable, hardworking and happy to get stuck in
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a busy kitchen
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Previous kitchen experience is helpful, depending on the level you’re applying for
- A genuine interest in food and hospitality
