Job Description:
Are you an inspiring Chef Manager ready to lead a modern workplace dining operation? Genuine Dining is looking for a confident, people-focused culinary leader who is uncompromising on food safety standards and passionate about delivering creative, exciting food at scale.
The Role
As Chef Manager, you will have full responsibility for the retail workplace restaurant, leading a small team in a fast-paced environment.
You will also support the wider team when required, offering culinary input, menu collaboration, and operational support.
This is a standout opportunity to shape the food culture of a premium contract, delivering menus that are seasonal, sustainable, nutritionally balanced, and designed to excite today’s workplace diner.

- Maintaining exceptional food safety, hygiene, and allergen controls
- Ensuring full compliance with HACCP, EHO, and Genuine Dining standards
- Leading a strong food safety culture through training, coaching, and attention to detail
- Delivering consistent quality and safe systems across all retail services
Creativity & Menu Innovation
Alongside operational excellence, creativity is key. You will:
- Design and deliver modern, exciting menus that encourage engagement and repeat visits
- Champion seasonal produce and premium ingredients
- Balance innovation with volume, pace, and commercial awareness
- Drive sustainable practices, reducing food waste and carbon impact
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Head Chef / Manager experience in high-volume, high-quality environments
- A natural leader who motivates, develops, and leads by example
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- A chef who values creativity, consistency, and compliance equally
