We're recruiting an ambitious Chef Manager to lead a premium Business and Industry catering operation in Hammersmith, West London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a food-focused Chef Manager to take ownership of a small corporate kitchen, delivering an exciting breakfast and lunch offer for a prestigious global business.
We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about quality: a confident, competent chef who is menu savvy, commercially aware and ambitious to progress.

The Role
- Lead the day-to-day kitchen operation.
- Create fresh, commercially successful menus.
- Deliver breakfast from 8:00am-10:00am.
- Deliver lunch from 12:00pm-2:00pm.
- Manage menu costings, ordering and stock control.
- Manage team holidays and kitchen cover.
- Maintain excellent allergen and food safety compliance.
- Drive food quality, consistency and presentation.
- Build a strong relationship with the client.

About You
- Chef Manager or experienced Head Chef.
- Strong Contract Catering or Business and Industry background.
- Excellent fresh food and menu development skills.
- Confident with food costs, ordering and stock management.
- Strong knowledge of allergens and food safety.
- Organised and comfortable working within a compact kitchen.
- Personable, professional and client focused.
- Ambitious and keen to develop your career.
