Chef Manager : Contract Catering : Reigate : A GBP 45,000

Monday to Friday 7:00am:3:30pm Work:Life Balance

We're recruiting a Chef Manager to lead a well-established Business and Industry contract catering site in Reigate.

This is a small, friendly operation with around 700 people on site, serving approximately over 100 freshly prepared hot meals each day. You'll be supported by a Relief Chef and Chef de Partie, giving you the opportunity to focus on delivering great food, leading your team and building a strong relationship with the client.

Lunch service finishes at 2:00pm, leaving plenty of time for preparation, administration and planning before heading home.

About You

  • You'll already be working as a Chef Manager or Head Chef, ideally within contract catering, education, hotels or high-volume fresh food operations.
  • You'll enjoy leading a team, cooking from scratch and taking ownership of your kitchen while delivering consistently high standards.
  • Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
