Monday – Friday | Between 7:00am – 5:00pm

We're looking for an inspiring Chef Manager to lead our catering operation across two modern office locations on the same business park in Didcot. This is far more than a traditional catering role; it's an opportunity to deliver a high-end complimentary dining experience that employees genuinely look forward to every day.
From freshly prepared breakfasts and vibrant lunches to quality drinks, snacks, and occasional hospitality, you'll ensure every customer enjoys first-class food and service with a smile.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and inspiring your catering team to deliver exceptional food and customer service every day.
- Overseeing food and beverage standards across two office locations.
- Creating fresh, innovative menus that keep the offer exciting and relevant.
- Delivering beautifully presented food with exceptional attention to detail.
- Managing stock, ordering, food costs, and labour to achieve strong commercial performance.
- Building positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring expectations are consistently exceeded.
- Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, health & safety, and compliance.
- Supporting occasional evening events and hospitality when required by the client.
- Driving continuous improvements in service, quality, and customer satisfaction.

We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has previous experience as a Chef Manager or in a senior catering management role.
- Has a genuine passion for fresh food, presentation, and customer experience.
- Is a confident leader who motivates, develops, and supports their team.
- Has strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and controlling costs.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to changing priorities and short-notice requests.
- Has outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Communicates confidently with colleagues, clients, and senior stakeholders.
- Takes pride in delivering consistently high standards and leading by example.
