Job Description
Become a Profit Share Partner with Hana Group.
Own Your Success – Without Starting from Scratch
Pay: £28,000.00 - £62,000.00 per year
Are you passionate about food, customer service, and running your own business? Join as a Profit Share Partner and take control of your future while operating a successful sushi kiosk inside Morrison Festival Park, ST1 5NY.
This is a unique opportunity to become your own boss with the backing of an established brand.

Your Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Prepare and sell fresh sushi products to company standards.
- Recruit, train, and lead your own team.
- Manage stock, waste, and daily operations.
- Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards.

- Have leadership or management experience.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Are commercially minded and motivated by results.
- Have excellent people skills.
