Company Description

The Glade is a new restaurant set just outside established Windmill Farm Park. Team members work in a friendly, collaborative setting where customer service and a positive work environment are priorities. We value reliability, community spirit, and a fantastic experience for every visitor.

Job Description

We’re looking for a creative and experienced Chef to lead our team at The Glade, an exciting new restaurant serving breakfast and lunch. You’ll have the opportunity to create vibrant, seasonal menus using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, bringing your own ideas and personality to the kitchen.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to lead and manage the team
  • Menu development and costings
  • Nurture good practices of stock ordering, rotation, minimising waste, and maximising profitability

Hours

  • Usual hours are 9am - 5 pm, 5 days a week around the opening times of the restaurant.
  • Current trading days are Thursday- Monday (closed Tuesdays & Wednesdays)
  • From Easter, seven days a week until resuming autumn winter closures at the end of summer.

Pay

Pay is negotiable depending on experience and up for discussion at interview.
