Location: HMP Oakwood, Wolverhampton WV10 7QD

Pay rate: £14.40/hour

Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week), 5 days over 7 (including some weekends)

Shift times: between 7am and 6pm

Your day-to-day:

  • Supervise and assist enhanced inmates in preparing and serving meals
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness and accurate stock checks
  • Complete all paperwork and compliance forms
  • Maintain high food standards within a set menu
  • Be a strong team player and handle challenges professionally

What we’re looking for:

  • Lived in the UK for the past five years
  • Legal right to work, ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Relevant culinary qualification
  • Experience in a large-scale kitchen
