Pay & Hours

  • Rate: £14.40/hour
  • Full-time: 40 hours per week (3 days on, 3 days off)
  • Shift times: 7am–6pm (evenings free!)

Your Role: Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Supervise and assist enhanced inmates in food preparation and service
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness and conduct regular stock checks
  • Complete all paperwork and maintain compliance forms
  • Set and uphold high food standards while following procedure
  • Teamwork is key: Handle challenges with professionalism and ambition

What We’re Looking For

Active applicant must live in the UK for the past five years and hold the following:

  • A legal right to work in the UK
  • Ability to successfully clear a security vetting process and DBS check
  • Previous supervisory experience (essential)
  • A relevant culinary qualification
  • Experience managing operations in a large-scale kitchen
