Pay rate: £13.21 per hour (£25,503.04)
Contract type: Permanent, full-time, 37 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (including some weekends)
Shift pattern: Varies between earlies, lates and weekends

What you’ll do:
- Prepare and cook fresh, tasty food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while keeping waste to a minimum
- Deliver fine dining and silver service for special functions and hospitality events
- Support new team members by coaching, training, and sharing your knowledge
- Follow recipe cards to create a range of dishes to consistent standards
- Manage stock levels, assist with deliveries, record kitchen data, and complete due diligence paperwork
- Help keep our kitchen pristine with regular deep cleans
- Monitor and log fridge, freezer, servery, and hot holding temperatures
What we're looking for:
- A relevant culinary qualification (at least NVQ Level 2)
- A positive, team focused attitude and great communication skills
- Confidence in your cooking abilities and willingness to innovate
- Flexibility and a passion for quality
- The ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks
- 3 years UK residency and the legal right to work in the UK (due to sector requirements)
