The Successful Applicant Will
- Guarantee adherence to regulatory and statutory requirements and to the company policies and procedures.
- Manage the kitchen team, while making sure hygiene standards and high-quality services are achieved and maintained.
- Be responsible for ordering supplies, food and equipment for the kitchen; monitor and check the refrigerators and freezers temperatures. Keep records and report any issues to the Manager.
- Plan, prepare and cook all daily meals for residents and staff, considering any dietary requirements and nutrition needs.
- Also plan, prepare and cater for special events such as birthdays, ensuring the highest quality and presentation of the food served and making sure the residents are happy with the service delivered in the home.
- Compete audits and team supervisions.

What We Are Looking For
Someone who can deliver a level of care that truly comes from the heart, making sure our residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality as you get involved in general activities within the Care Home. And, whether you are helping someone with limited mobility to learn to use an aid, offering emotional support to a confused or distressed resident or delivering care to someone at the end of their life, you will always have their well-being in mind above anything else.

You will need to be:
