About The Opportunity
Roles of this type sit within manufacturing and process improvement teams, typically supporting the delivery of process optimisation, quality assurance and operational efficiency. You could work in environments governed by ISO 9001 standards, contributing to the development and refinement of chemical processes, production workflows and process controls. The work could involve collaborating with cross-functional teams including operations, quality and engineering to support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with manufacturing standards.
What You Would Do
Typical responsibilities could include:
- Supporting the design, development and optimisation of chemical processes and manufacturing workflows
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and product quality
- Assisting with the implementation and monitoring of process controls and ISO 9001 compliance measures
- Collaborating with operations and quality teams to troubleshoot process issues and implement solutions
- Supporting the documentation and validation of manufacturing processes
- Contributing to safety, health and environmental compliance across process areas

What You Could Bring
Most roles of this type require the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related chemical or process engineering discipline
- Working knowledge of chemical processes, process engineering or manufacturing operations
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality management principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively across operations, quality and engineering teams
- Proficiency with process documentation and technical reporting
