About the Role

We are looking for a Chemical Regulatory Data Integrity Specialist to support regulatory compliance, maintain high-quality data, and contribute to key business projects within our collaborative Product Stewardship team.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Regulatory Data Integrity Specialist, you will help ensure the accuracy and integrity of critical regulatory data while supporting global compliance activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining regulatory, raw material, and product data within SAP EHS (S/4 HANA)
  • Identifying and resolving data integrity issues
  • Supporting global chemical regulatory compliance, including classification, labelling, and documentation
  • Creating and updating Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and product labels
  • Reviewing supplier SDS and raw material information
  • Supporting regulatory projects and business improvement initiatives
  • Analysing data and providing insights to support decision-making

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline, or relevant experience in Regulatory Affairs, Product Stewardship, EHS, SHE, or Compliance
  • Experience using SAP EHS
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of GHS Classification and Labelling
  • Experience with Safety Data Sheets (SDS), chemical regulations, or product compliance activities

Location

Harlow, Essex (Hybrid: 4 days office / 1 day home working considered). This is a 12 month fixed term contract role.
