About the Role

We are looking for a Chemical Regulatory Data Integrity Specialist to support regulatory compliance, maintain high-quality data, and contribute to key business projects within our collaborative Product Stewardship team.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Regulatory Data Integrity Specialist, you will help ensure the accuracy and integrity of critical regulatory data while supporting global compliance activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining regulatory, raw material, and product data within SAP EHS (S/4 HANA)
- Identifying and resolving data integrity issues
- Supporting global chemical regulatory compliance, including classification, labelling, and documentation
- Creating and updating Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and product labels
- Reviewing supplier SDS and raw material information
- Supporting regulatory projects and business improvement initiatives
- Analysing data and providing insights to support decision-making
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline, or relevant experience in Regulatory Affairs, Product Stewardship, EHS, SHE, or Compliance
- Experience using SAP EHS
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Desirable:
- Knowledge of GHS Classification and Labelling
- Experience with Safety Data Sheets (SDS), chemical regulations, or product compliance activities
Location
Harlow, Essex (Hybrid: 4 days office / 1 day home working considered). This is a 12 month fixed term contract role.
