About The Role

We are seeking PhD-level Chemistry Experts to support the development of next-generation AI systems. In this fully remote contract role, you will apply your chemistry expertise to review, create, and improve AI training content. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and validate chemistry-related AI training content.
  • Create and refine scientific questions, explanations, and solutions.
  • Ensure the accuracy, quality, and consistency of chemistry data.
  • Provide expert feedback to improve AI model performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI projects.

  • PhD in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
  • 4 - 10 years of academic, research, or industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge across core chemistry disciplines with excellent scientific writing skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
  • Exposure to AI or Machine Learning is an advantage but not required.
