Hays Education is seeking a Chemistry Teacher to join a successful secondary school with a thriving sixth form in Worcestershire from September 2026 until December 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to teach in a well-established school known for its strong academic standards, supportive leadership team, and commitment to student achievement. The Role
- Teach Chemistry across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5
- Deliver engaging and challenging lessons that promote excellent progress
- Plan, prepare and assess student work in line with departmental expectations
- Support students in achieving strong GCSE and A-Level outcomes
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the science department

The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Chemistry at GCSE and A-Level
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for science
- High expectations of student achievement and behaviour
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- The ability to quickly build positive relationships with students and colleagues
