YOUR ROLE IN OUR STORY – TEAM MEMBER

(DAYTIME SHIFTS ONLY)

Full time / Part time opportunities - up to £12.71 per hour

To be our very best and live up to our ambition, we need the very best people in our team — not just in skills and experience, but in attitude and potential. If you love people and making Liverpool smile then we want to hear from you.

Front of House

Our Front of House Team Members are the face of Chick-fil-A — warmly welcoming guests, taking orders, processing transactions, and creating a space where every guest feels at home. You’ll reflect our commitment to exceptional food, second mile service, and genuine hospitality.

Back of House

Our Back of House Team Members are the engine room of our restaurant — preparing, cooking, and assembling the great-tasting food Chick-fil-A is famous for, including our iconic Original Chicken Sandwich. You’ll uphold our exceptionally high standards, ensuring every item that leaves the kitchen is consistently fresh, accurate, and outstanding.

Both roles are integral to delivering a world-class experience — and together, we make it happen.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Front of House:

  • Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and provide friendly, timely service across dine-in, takeout, and third-party collections.
  • Create memorable moments through our 2nd Mile Service philosophy, leaving a lasting impression on every single guest.
  • Share menu knowledge, current promotions, and limited-time offers to enhance the guest experience.
  • Work closely with the Back of House Team to ensure every order is accurate and complete.
  • Keep dining areas and your workstation clean, safe, stocked, and inviting at all times.
  • Uphold cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards throughout your shift, including handover and close-down.
  • Address guest concerns professionally and escalate to leadership when needed, sharing feedback to support ongoing improvement.
  • Help manage guest flow and support smooth operations, especially during peak periods.
  • Follow opening, closing, and operational procedures consistently to support the wider team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
