As the Chief AI System Software & Hardware Co-design Architect, you will be at the helm of pioneering the company’s AI system into a new era.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shaping the Future of AI: Take charge of advancing the technical edge of Company’s AI processors. You will delve into the core technologies driving NPU chips, setting the direction for ground-breaking innovations.
  • Strategizing for Global Impact: Craft and steer comprehensive evolution strategies and roadmaps. Your vision will chart the course for the company's dominance in the AI system domain.
  • Integrate Cutting-Edge Technologies: Spearhead the integration of diverse AI sub-domains including memory hierarchy, interconnect topology, application algorithms, frameworks, runtime environments, modelling, simulation, SDK and compilers. Your expertise will be crucial in synthesizing these elements from a system-centric view, crafting a competitive end-to-end architectural landscape.
  • Lead in AI Evolution: Stay ahead of the curve in AI industry and technology trends. Your role involves deeply understanding and predicting the future of AI applications and algorithms. You'll be instrumental in developing key technical architectures for foundational AI software and hardware, addressing critical usability and performance challenges in comprehensive AI solutions.
  • Guide and Inspire Technical Teams: As a leader, you will orchestrate the lifecycle management of complex technical projects. Your role extends beyond our headquarters, identifying and leveraging global resources to enhance project outcomes. Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping the overall architectural design and driving successful project execution.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Visionaries with rich experience in optimizing AI chip architectures and systems.
  • Strategic thinkers familiar with AI industry applications and trends, and have comprehensive capabilities from applications to basic software to chips.
  • Bring your comprehensive knowledge of AI industry applications to the forefront.
  • Be adept in navigating through the evolving landscape of mainstream AI models and algorithm trends. Your expertise will be invaluable in discerning nuanced requirements for the chip layer, setting the foundation for innovative processor development.
  • Mastery in Technical Problem-Solving. Exhibit your proficiency in identifying and addressing critical bottlenecks, particularly in challenging domains like Natural Language Processing (NLP) and large-scale AI models. Your ability to pinpoint and resolve these key issues is vital, propelling the evolution of our software architecture to new heights of efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Pioneer in Strategic Development and Innovation.
    • Assume a pivotal role in steering the planning and architectural design for cutting-edge chip technologies and foundational system software. Your leadership will be essential in guiding our R&D team to successfully develop and implement sophisticated AI software and hardware systems, setting new standards in the industry.
