About the Company
Dandelion Civilization develops a science-based platform for talent assessment, employee development, and human capital management. By combining digital simulations, behavioural analytics, and artificial intelligence, we help organisations make better hiring decisions and build data-driven employee development programmes.
Our product has reached the stage where the core platform is in place. Our next challenge is to build a profitable international business around it. We are looking for a commercial leader who will take ownership of that journey.
About the Role
We are looking for a commercial executive who will be responsible for sales, market development, and revenue growth.
- Beyond driving sales, you will play an active role in shaping the product. This means maintaining regular contact with customers, understanding their challenges, validating commercial hypotheses, and providing structured market feedback to the CEO and Product Team.
- For us, sales and product development are closely connected. We expect our commercial leader to become one of the company's primary sources of market insight and help accelerate Product-Market Fit.
- You will also be responsible for marketing. At our current stage, sales and marketing operate as a commercial function, so we expect you to plan and execute marketing initiatives independently, supporting customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the sales budget and deliver agreed revenue and business growth targets.
- Independently manage the company's marketing activities, including lead generation, content, webinars, events, partner programmes, and other customer acquisition channels.
- Identify new market opportunities and validate commercial hypotheses.
- Build relationships and negotiate with enterprise customers and strategic partners.
- Gather customer and market insights and translate them into structured feedback for the Product Team.
- Develop marketing initiatives that directly support commercial growth.
- Build relationships with HR communities, industry associations, and strategic partners.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and networking activities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
