Our platform, FTON, solves the 360 billion dollar return crisis by providing precision 3D try-on infrastructure for apparel, fine jewellery, and accessories. We combine sub-centimetre computer vision, fabric physics, and auditable ESG data to help luxury marketplaces recover lost margins and eliminate supply chain waste.
About the Role
We are seeking an elite, globally networked Fractional Chief Business Officer to lead our enterprise B2B sales execution, establish direct commercial agreements with Tier-1 luxury marketplaces and heritage brands, and manage our global network of sales consultants.
This is a senior strategic partnership for a seasoned luxury tech sales executive who can navigate complex enterprise procurement, negotiate high-value Platform as a Service contracts, and open doors to the world's most prestigious fashion boardrooms.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct and execute the end-to-end B2B sales cycle for FTON across key international luxury hubs, including the United Kingdom, Europe, the United Arab Emirates, and North America, focusing on Tier-1 marketplaces like Harrods, Net-a-Porter, and Selfridges.
- Architect and close high-value commercial agreements that encompass annual infrastructure licences, upfront SKU integration fees, and usage-based session credits.
- Direct, mentor, and optimise our curated global network of elite B2B luxury tech consultants operating on a performance commission model.
- Actively connect with international venture capital funds, institutional investors, and strategic angels outside of India to support our funding rounds and drive strategic capital acquisition alongside the Chief Executive Officer.
The Compensation Structure
- Equity: 1.5 per cent total equity vesting over a 3-year period with a 1-year cliff. Eligibility for and vesting of this equity is strictly contingent upon the company meeting its defined revenue targets.
- Revenue Commission:
- Pre-Stipend Phase offers a 10 per cent commission on all revenue generated from client contracts introduced and closed by you.
- Post-Stipend Phase offers a 5 per cent commission once a regular salary or monthly stipend is established.
- Investment Commission:
- Pre-Stipend Phase offers a 3 per cent commission on capital raised from international investors introduced by you.
- Post-Stipend Phase offers a 2 per cent commission on capital raised from your investor network.

Candidate Requirements
- Extensive executive experience in B2B enterprise software sales, business development, or commercial leadership strictly focused on the luxury fashion, fine jewellery, or retail tech sectors.
- A highly active, verifiable international network of C-suite executives at global luxury retailers and tier-one venture capital investors located outside of India.
- A proven track record of navigating complex enterprise procurement, security audits, and legal due diligence to close multi-million dollar contracts.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to translate complex technical platforms into clear financial margin-recovery narratives for Chief Financial Officers.
- A remote-ready, self-starter mentality capable of operating with total autonomy and international reach.
