Reporting to CEO Caroline O'Brien, the Chief Commercial Officer will lead the organisation's commercial strategy, driving growth, strategic partnerships, market development and commercial impact across industry, government and academia. You will lead the Sales and Product Marketing functions while helping shape the future direction of the Catapult and the wider semiconductor ecosystem.
We're looking for:
- Executive-level commercial leadership experience within semiconductors, deep technology, advanced engineering or innovation-led sectors.
- A proven track record of revenue growth, commercial transformation and strategic partnership development.
- Strong technical credibility, with the ability to engage effectively with CEOs, CTOs, scientists and engineers.
- Experience building high-performing commercial teams and shaping organisational strategy.
- Knowledge of the UK semiconductor ecosystem and innovation funding landscape is advantageous.
