A deep-tech AI company is hiring its first senior commercial leader to build and scale revenue globally.
This is a founding commercial role for someone who can operate as a true player-coach: opening doors personally, building pipeline from scratch, shaping go-to-market, and helping turn strong technical capability into repeatable commercial traction.
The Company
The business is a research-led AI startup with a strong machine learning foundation and an established technical team.
It has developed an AI-model-focused offering aimed at improving safety, trust, and accuracy.
The company is now at the point where it needs a senior commercial operator to help convert technical credibility into larger enterprise, public sector, and strategic AI opportunities.
The Role
This person will lead commercial expansion and help define the next phase of growth. The focus is on winning high-value customers, shaping market approach, and bringing structure to a founder-led sales motion.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, credible, and still close to the market, not a purely strategic senior leader from a large, heavily resourced sales organisation.
