The Opportunity:

Nigel Wright Group have been exclusively retained by a high-growth software and risk technology business as it enters a significant new phase of expansion. Backed by a well-established international organisation with significant investment support, the company develops specialist software solutions that help organisations improve risk management, operational resilience and critical business operations.

The business has already established relationships with a number of globally recognised organisations serving customers across several safety-critical and asset-intensive industries and is receiving strong engagement from senior stakeholders within many of the world's largest enterprises. Whilst the business remains at an early stage of its commercial growth journey, the quality of the customer portfolio, strength of the opportunity pipeline and scale of expansion potential create a compelling growth story.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a business with proven technology, highly engaged customers and significant market opportunity. Several existing customers have the potential to grow into major strategic accounts through wider deployment of the platform, whilst international expansion opportunities continue to emerge across multiple sectors.

As part of a larger international organisation, the business benefits from substantial technical expertise, established market credibility and strong investment support. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape strategy, accelerate growth, expand international market presence and play a key role in building a market-leading software business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
