Chief Commercial Officer | CCO

Eagle Search is partnered with a rapidly growing and highly credible medical technology company that is seeking an exceptional Chief Commercial Officer to spearhead enterprise sales growth.

Our client is a pioneering medical technology company transforming the way minimally invasive surgery is delivered. The business has developed an advanced robotic-assisted surgical platform designed to give surgeons greater flexibility, control and precision while enabling healthcare providers to expand access to robotic surgery.

With an established international presence and an ambitious growth strategy, the company is entering an exciting phase of commercial expansion. It combines advanced robotics, engineering, clinical expertise and data-driven technology to address one of the most significant opportunities in modern healthcare.

This is a high-impact leadership position with responsibility for developing and executing the sales strategy, building a high-performing commercial organisation and driving adoption of its robotic surgical technology across target markets.

The successful individual will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams spanning marketing, clinical, medical affairs, market access and operations to translate the company's technology and clinical proposition into sustainable commercial growth.

The Ideal Person:

  • Experience working with the executive team to build and scale organisations
  • A track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams in a growth environment.
  • Experience working within the medical device space, robotics or related areas of Med Tech
  • Experience selling into complex hospital and healthcare systems, with the ability to influence surgeons, clinical leaders, procurement, finance and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial judgement and the ability to develop and execute a market-focused sales strategy.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively across a highly matrixed organisation and bring teams together around commercial objectives.
  • A highly consultative and strategic approach to customer engagement, rather than a purely transactional sales mindset.
  • The credibility and communication skills to engage confidently with senior clinical and executive audiences.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with the energy and adaptability to operate in a rapidly evolving business.
  • A genuine interest in transforming healthcare through technology and improving the way surgery is delivered.
