Chief Commercial Officer
We are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer to lead commercial performance across the group, covering print advertising, digital, events, and sponsorship.
This is a dual role, combining commercial leadership and strategy with direct revenue contribution. You will be responsible for the group’s overall commercial targets, while also taking ownership of a personal revenue target.
We are looking for someone who can shape the commercial strategy and actively drive its execution, building strong relationships with clients and agencies, identifying new opportunities, opening doors, and contributing directly to closing key deals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the group’s overall commercial strategy
- Drive revenue across print, digital, events, and sponsorship
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with clients and agencies
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Personally contribute to high-value deals and revenue generation
- Lead the commercial team towards achieving group and individual targets
- Monitor market opportunities and develop new revenue streams
