Relocate to Bulgaria

Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) / Commercial Director / Sales Director, Fitness | Relocate from the UK to Sofia, Bulgaria

€80,000 to €96,000 base, plus roughly 35% bonus and strong benefits | Relocation support available | English only, no local language needed | Board path in 6 to 12 months


UK commercial leaders: a board-track CCO role in a profitable, publicly listed European fitness group, and English is the only language you need.

The business runs 44 clubs and is expanding toward 60 to 65 locations. They want a Chief Commercial Officer to lead that growth.

What you'll own:

  • Commercial performance and sales growth across the portfolio
  • B2C membership acquisition, renewals, and retention
  • Sales processes, KPIs, and performance reporting
  • Marketing for lead generation and brand positioning
  • Growth opportunities and new revenue channels
  • Cooperation across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience

What we're looking for:

  • Senior commercial leadership with multi-site, regional experience
  • A proven record in sales leadership and membership growth
  • Fitness sector experience preferred; leisure, hospitality, or membership-based consumer services also considered
  • An execution-focused strategic thinker
