Chief Commercial Officer

Voxmind | London (remote) | Full time | Competitive package with meaningful equity

About Voxmind

Voxmind is building the security layer for the voice channel. For twenty years, voice biometrics answered one question: is this the right person? The deepfake era has split the category in two. The urgent question now is whether there is a real person on the line at all.

Our engine is different from everything else in the market. Rather than matching acoustic patterns, which modern AI voice cloning defeats easily, we extract a physics-based biomarker generated by the biomechanics of the human vocal tract. It is language-agnostic by design, works from a few seconds of speech, and runs entirely on-device. The technology is patent-pending in the UK and internationally.

We are already in market. Our SDK is being embedded by a major unified communications hardware provider across 1.2 million endpoints under a five-year OEM agreement, and that relationship has already opened a second product line. We closed our pre-seed in April 2026, backed by Ascension Ventures and an angel syndicate, and we are building toward a seed round on the back of enterprise traction.

The role

We are hiring a Chief Commercial Officer to own revenue. Not to manage a machine that already exists, but to build one.

You will take a company with a signed tier-one OEM customer, a live enterprise pipeline across banking, telecom and critical infrastructure, and a differentiated product, and turn it into a repeatable commercial engine that carries us through the seed round and beyond. You will work directly with the founder and sit on the leadership team from day one.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This is a builder's seat. The playbook does not exist yet. Writing it is the job.

What you will own

  • The revenue number. Pipeline, forecast, pricing and closing across all channels. The commercial plan is yours to shape and yours to hit.
  • Channel and OEM partnerships. Our fastest route to market runs through platforms, systems integrators and hardware OEMs. You will develop, negotiate and grow these relationships, including expansion of our existing OEM deal.
  • Direct enterprise sales. Fraud, financial crime and security buyers in regulated sectors. You will lead from the front on flagship deals while building the motion others can run.
  • Commercial strategy. Which verticals we commit to, how we price, what we walk away from. You will bring the discipline of saying no.
  • The commercial team. Today that means working with our GTM advisor and our North American GTM lead. Over the next eighteen months it means hiring and leading the first proper commercial team.
  • Investor-grade rigour. Clean pipeline data, honest forecasts, defensible metrics. Our commercial story is a core part of the seed raise and you will help tell it.

Who you are

  • You have led commercial functions in early-stage or scaling B2B software, ideally in security, identity, fraud or infrastructure. You have taken a company from first customers to repeatable revenue before.
  • You have closed enterprise deals yourself, recently, and are happy doing so again. This is not a role for someone who only runs teams.
  • You know how to sell through partners. OEM, channel and marketplace motions are familiar territory, not theory.
  • You are credible with CISOs, fraud leaders and procurement in regulated industries, and can hold a technical conversation without an engineer beside you.
  • You are honest about what is working and what is not, and you would rather kill a weak deal early than carry it in the forecast.
  • You are excited by the zero-to-one stage, with everything that implies about pace, ambiguity and doing things yourself.

Helpful, but not essential

  • Voice technology, biometrics, authentication or contact centre background.
  • Experience selling into US financial services or critical infrastructure.
  • Experience preparing a company for institutional fundraising.

What we offer

  • A leadership seat with genuine ownership of strategy, not just execution.
  • Meaningful equity. This is a senior founding-team-level package.
  • A signed tier-one enterprise customer and a live pipeline to build from, not a cold start.
  • A market with real urgency behind it, driven by fraud losses and regulation rather than a nice-to-have budget line.
  • Direct partnership with a founder who wants to be challenged, not agreed with.

How to apply

Send a short note telling us about a commercial engine you built from early-stage, what worked, and what you would do differently, along with your CV. We would rather read two honest paragraphs than two polished pages.
