M3 is a technology and AI company helping organizations innovate through strategy, technology, communications, and digital transformation. We are looking for a visionary Chief Communications Officer (CCO) to lead our communications strategy and strengthen our brand reputation.
Role
As the Chief Communications Officer, you will lead M3's internal and external communications, brand reputation, media relations, executive communications, and thought leadership. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape compelling narratives that build trust, visibility, and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute M3's communications strategy.
- Lead corporate, executive, and brand communications.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Drive thought leadership, public relations, and content strategy.
- Manage crisis and reputation communications.
- Oversee internal communications and employee engagement.
- Support investor, partner, and customer communications.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Build and lead a high-performing communications team.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or strategic communications.
- 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in technology, AI, consulting, or digital businesses.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and public speaking skills.
- Proven experience in media relations, executive communications, and reputation management.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
