Our Offer

Assess client engineering, integration, and digital capabilities at programme and whole-plant level, defining transformation roadmaps and future-state architectures aligned to business and operational objectives.
Your role
Provide technical leadership and systems architecture expertise, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and inspiring both customer and delivery teams to achieve strategic outcomes.
Assess client engineering, integration, and digital capabilities at programme and whole-plant level, defining transformation roadmaps and future-state architectures aligned to business and operational objectives.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including Design Authority leads and executive leaders, supporting business development, discovery activities, and early-stage project delivery.
- Deliver expert guidance across the full nuclear lifecycle, including design, safety, manufacturing, construction, and operations, with strong knowledge of nuclear regulatory requirements, safety cases, hazard management, verification, validation, and compliance.
- Apply digital engineering approaches such as MBSE, PLM, digital thread, and digital twin technologies to enhance programme integration, assurance, governance, and delivery performance.
- Support successful solution delivery by working closely with multidisciplinary teams, providing technical oversight, resolving delivery challenges, and ensuring projects achieve their intended outcomes

Your profile
- Develop and strengthen client relationships by promoting the organisation’s nuclear engineering, systems integration, and digital engineering capabilities through thought leadership, industry events, and strategic engagement activities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across civil nuclear, defence nuclear, SMR, and fusion programmes, creating and executing capture strategies to secure growth.
- Engage with clients to understand complex transformation challenges and design integrated solutions leveraging multidisciplinary teams and capabilities across the wider business.
- Influence and shape client requirements at an early stage, positioning the organisation as a trusted partner and maximising win probability for future opportunities.
- Lead the development of high-quality technical proposals, defining programme-level integration strategies, interface management, configuration control, and digital engineering approaches.
- Support early project delivery and consultancy engagements, providing expertise in programme integration, systems governance, risk management, and design authority functions while growing significant revenue opportunities.
