Our Offer

We are seeking an accomplished transformation leader to drive the growth and delivery of high-impact engineering and business transformation programmes for one of our most strategic Aerospace & Defence clients.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering excellence, digital transformation, and sustainable innovation. You will partner with senior client stakeholders to shape and accelerate the transformation of their end-to-end value chain, helping them navigate the dual transition towards digitally enabled operations and more sustainable products, services, and ways of working. As a recognised technical and transformation leader, you will bring deep experience operating at platform, enterprise, or major systems level, coupled with the ability to connect strategic business challenges to innovative engineering solutions. You will inspire confidence across client organisations and internal teams alike, building a compelling vision for change and mobilising diverse, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, identifying opportunities to transform engineering, operational, and business capabilities across the value chain.
  • Champion Capgemini's engineering, digital, and sustainability capabilities through thought leadership activities, including conferences, industry events, client workshops, blogs, and social media engagement.
  • Shape and drive strategic account growth by identifying new transformation opportunities across the client organisation and developing robust capture and pursuit strategies.
  • Define and architect complex transformation solutions, bringing together geographically distributed teams from across Capgemini and our Global Business Lines to deliver integrated business and technology outcomes.
  • Engage proactively with client decision-makers to influence transformation roadmaps, shape requirements, and position Capgemini as a strategic partner before formal procurement activities commence.
  • Lead the development of compelling technical and transformation proposals, ensuring solutions align with client business objectives, technology strategies, and sustainability ambitions.

Your profile

  • Proven experience leading large-scale engineering, digital, or business transformation programmes within Aerospace & Defence or similarly complex industries.
  • Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage credibly from operational teams through to C-suite leadership.
  • Experience developing growth strategies, shaping opportunities, and winning complex transformational engagements.
  • Deep understanding of modern engineering practices, digital technologies, systems thinking, and sustainability challenges impacting the Aerospace & Defence sector.
  • Demonstrable success leading geographically dispersed, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver business-critical outcomes.
