This is a rare opportunity to shape the experience, identity and cultural direction of a highly distinctive destination. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Experience Officer will take ownership of the overarching member and brand experience, bringing together membership, events, culture, creative direction, brand, storytelling and service into one compelling proposition.
The Role
The Chief Experience Officer will act as the custodian of the organisation's identity and the curator of its community. Working across the business, you will define and continually evolve an experience strategy that creates a strong sense of place, belonging and cultural relevance. You will ensure that every touchpoint from membership and programming through to communications, design and service.

This is a highly visible leadership position requiring an unusual combination of creative vision, cultural instinct, commercial awareness and operational understanding.

Experience
- Established senior leader with an exceptional track record within luxury lifestyle, hospitality, private members clubs, cultural destinations or premium experience led brands
- Significant senior level experience across brand experience, creative direction, experiential marketing, events or luxury hospitality
- A strong track record of creating world class events, cultural programming and immersive experiences
- Deep knowledge of luxury service and customer/member experience
- Experience developing brand standards, service philosophies and organisational culture
- Exceptional creative judgement and attention to detail
- Strong cultural awareness and an instinct for what makes communities relevant and engaging
- Outstanding communication, storytelling and presentation skills
- Commercial awareness alongside a genuine appetite for innovation and continuous improvement
