About the Role
The National Association of Local Councils (NALC) represents England’s 10,000 parish, town and community councils, the first tier of local government and the closest to the people and places they serve. For almost 80 years, NALC has championed local leadership, influenced government policy and provided parish and town councils with trusted advice, practical support, events and networks.

Requirements
We are looking for an exceptional senior leader with a strong record of leading change, unlocking organisational and commercial growth, and building productive partnerships. You will be an influential communicator and persuasive advocate who shares our belief in community spirit, grassroots democracy and giving people a meaningful voice.
