As ShelterBox prepares to embark on its next strategic chapter, they are seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation through a period of growing humanitarian need and challenge. Working closely with the Board of Trustees, staff, affiliates and international partners, the successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, strengthen organisational capability and culture, and ensure ShelterBox remains resilient, ambitious and impactful in an increasingly complex global environment.
This is a role for a proven executive leader with experience of leading complex organisations, navigating diverse stakeholder groups and delivering organisational growth and change. Candidates will bring strategic vision, operational credibility and a strong understanding of governance, alongside the ability to build trusted relationships and inspire confidence across boards, partners, supporters and donors.
