Company Description

Yepic AI uses video to transform how people interact with artificial intelligence. Our technology creates talking, multilingual avatars from a single photograph and enables real-time interaction through AI Video Agents. Yepic has delivered innovative projects across banking, government, aviation, transport, education, and enterprise training.

The company is now focusing on private, on-premise, and sovereign deployment, enabling banks, governments, and regulated enterprises to operate Yepic technology within their own environments and on infrastructure they control.

Yepic is entering its next chapter and is seeking a new Chief Executive Officer to lead the company through an important founder transition. This is an opportunity to take responsibility for an established AI technology company, shape its commercial direction, and determine how its technology, customer relationships, and intellectual property can create the greatest long-term value.

Role Description

The Chief Executive Officer will provide overall strategic and operational leadership for Yepic AI and is expected to join the company’s board as an active director.

This is a hybrid role based in London, with flexibility to work remotely. The structure and time commitment can be shaped around the successful candidate during the initial transition period.

The CEO will be responsible for:

  • Defining Yepic’s vision, commercial strategy, and operating priorities.
  • Leading the transition from founder-led management to a sustainable leadership and governance structure.
  • Developing the company’s private, on-premise, and sovereign-deployment proposition.
  • Progressing opportunities with governments, banks, and regulated enterprises.
  • Leading enterprise sales, partnerships, and strategic customer relationships.
  • Evaluating the company’s financing, partnership, and strategic transaction options.
  • Representing Yepic to investors, customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Establishing clear financial planning, reporting, and resource allocation.
  • Ensuring appropriate governance, corporate compliance, and board oversight.
  • Reviewing the company’s products, technology, customer relationships, and operational priorities.
  • Building, retaining, and mentoring the team required for the next stage.
  • Creating a focused and commercially sustainable plan for the business.
  • Working with the founder to complete an orderly transfer of knowledge, relationships, and responsibilities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
